1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings, which apply consistently throughout the document:

• "Account" refers to the personal profile created by a user through registration.

3 Account Registration and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — fully confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or not. 3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform may at any time request a national identity card or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is complete. If any submitted document is found to be false or forged, the account will be terminated.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on the 39999 bdt platform must be made through the designated mobile banking methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The methods currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. If this list changes, the platform will be updated accordingly.

4.2 Limits

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the platform is governed by the following rules:

• If a game is left incomplete due to technical issues, server disconnection, or other reasons, the platform will investigate and make a decision.
• Incorrect odds or payouts displayed as a result of a software error will not be considered valid.

6.2 Special Rules for Cricket Betting

For cricket match betting, if a match is abandoned or the minimum number of overs is not completed, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned. In the case of a tie or no result, the applicable market rules will be followed.

6.3 Collusion and Match Manipulation

Colluding with other users to win through unfair means, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently terminated and all winnings forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension and Termination

In the following circumstances, 39999 bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account:

• If evidence of the use of a false or fraudulent identity is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Before terminating an account, the user will generally be given notice. However, action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious breach of these Terms.

11.1 Funds After Account Termination

If an account is closed for ordinary reasons with no breach of terms, the cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user. If the account is terminated due to a breach of terms, the platform reserves the right to hold the funds.

12 Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

39999 bdt reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are automatically considered to have accepted the updated Terms.
